Since opening at the beginning of July 2008, The Sound Foundry rehearsal space in Nuneaton, Warwickshire, has gone from strength to strength, increasing the number of bands taking advantage of the great rehearsal facilities month on month, and providing a much needed space for young bands who previously had to travel to rehearsal rooms in Coventry, rehearsal space in Birmingham or rehearsal studios in Hinckley or Tamworth.

Our rehearsal rooms are fully equipped and well maintained, we offer a comfortable chill out area with big screen gaming and DVD, and tea and coffee are supplied free of charge. Our rates are £12 per hour on weekdays after 6pm and at weekends, and £10 per hour before 6pm in the week.

The Sound Foundry uses

But it’s not just about rehearsals. We also get involved in organising live music events where many of our musicians can perform. The pictures below are from our 2008 Covstock Festival which was held in the ruins of Coventry Cathedral. You can see more pics from the event by clicking HERE

More recently, we have been hard at it with involvement in various events and in July 2009 & 2010 organised the Keresley Rock Festival with sponsor Dick Mendham of Portcullis and KRFC.
